- We accept returns for coffee and green tea products within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Perishable items, such as coffee and tea, cannot be returned if they have been opened or used, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team with their order details and reason for the return.
- Once the return request is approved, customers will receive instructions on how to return the product.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund or Exchange:

- If the return is approved, customers may choose to receive a refund for the returned items or exchange them for another product of equal value.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items.

- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed and shipped.
