Return Policy:

    • We accept returns for coffee and green tea products within 30 days of the original purchase date.
    • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    • Perishable items, such as coffee and tea, cannot be returned if they have been opened or used, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team with their order details and reason for the return.
    • Once the return request is approved, customers will receive instructions on how to return the product.
    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  3. Refund or Exchange:

    • Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
    • If the return is approved, customers may choose to receive a refund for the returned items or exchange them for another product of equal value.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items.

    • These include opened or used coffee and tea products, as well as any items that have been customized or personalized.

  7. Cancellation Policy:

    • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
    • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed and shipped.
    • Customers should contact our customer service team as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
